Arizona’s Uninsured Warp Up to a New Co-op

As Arizona’s only CO-OP, Meritus Health Partners entered its second ACA period with one goal – boost brand awareness and engagement among like-minded individuals. The key to success would be finding and reaching uninsured prospects who seek a healthy lifestyle and alternative health care options.

Responsory utilized proprietary profiling and modeling techniques to identify prospects who are statistically more likely to buy a Meritus plan. Several demographic and lifestyle filters were applied to further ensure we were reaching our desired target market via a cookie-free Smart Zones digital advertising campaign.

Our carefully crafted banner ads and coordinating landing page spoke specifically to these individuals.

RESULTS: This three-month enrollment campaign delivered a Smart Zones clickthrough rate that is nearly double that of the insurance industry average for a standard digital advertising program. Conversions via the landing page form and phone calls exceeded client expectations.
