The printing pressroom version of the ToolBox delivers everything a printing customer, procurement specialist or plant operator needs to troubleshoot or browse solutions by application or by product category.

“When our sales or service technicians are on-site with a customer, their iPad and the ToolBox application are at-the-ready,” says Mark Heimerl, director of sales and marketing-printing, RBP Chemical Technology. “Customers say they haven’t seen anything like the ToolBox. In just a couple of taps, their RBP account manager can present the brands, options and consumables available for nearly any Cold Set/Newspaper, EB/UV, Heat Set or Sheetfed press in the marketplace.”

Browsing product solutions by category is a benefit to press room managers and purchasing staff looking for fast access to product details. The ToolBox organizes the solutions, concentrates and consumables into predictable categories to instantly deliver product attributes.

The electronics division version of the ToolBox guides printed circuit board customers, procurement specialists or manufacturing operators in troubleshooting or browsing solutions by application or product category.

“In just a couple of taps, customers can identify all options available and select the right product for their specific application,” explains Rob Coleman, Director of Sales and Marketing-Electronics, RBP Chemical Technology. “This saves customers a lot of time when they want to place their order. They already know what product they are interested in and don’t have to wait to talk with a company representative for a product recommendation.”

The ToolBox organizes products into predictable categories and instantly delivers a detailed view of product attributes. Users can also identify solutions by process.

Coleman adds, “Users identify product solutions by the manufacturing process they’re addressing. The ToolBox contains a complete range of PCB processes from inner layer pre-cleaning to final finishes.”
