Ingredients
  

  • 1 (14 oz) can creamed corn
  • 2 cups frozen sweet corn
  • 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 2 Tbsp melted butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients together except cheese.
  • Add cheese last, after all other ingredients are mixed.
  • Pour into buttered casserole dish.
  • Bake 50 - 60 minutes at 350° or until golden brown.
