
Corn Soufflé
Ingredients
- 1 (14 oz) can creamed corn
- 2 cups frozen sweet corn
- 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
- 2 eggs beaten
- 2 Tbsp melted butter
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together except cheese.
- Add cheese last, after all other ingredients are mixed.
- Pour into buttered casserole dish.
- Bake 50 - 60 minutes at 350° or until golden brown.
