In a large 5-gal. food safe bucket, place fully un-thawed turkey.
Stir together bay leaves, thyme, rosemary, sea salt, black pepper, lemon juice, onions and chicken broth. Squeeze the oranges into liquid and drop entire orange in as well. Pour mixture over turkey.
Add ice water (1 gal. approximately) until the turkey is covered with liquid.
Cover bucket with airtight sealed cover. Place bucket in refrigerator overnight for 8-10 hours.
