Heat a saucepan or cast-iron skillet with oil
Brown ground beef with chopped onion
Season with salt, pepper, paprika, parsley, cayenne, garlic powder and onion powder
Add beef broth, tomato sauce, noodles, and milk to the skillet
Bring everything to a boil and turn heat down to low
Cover with a lid and cook for about 10 minutes stirring to keep the noodles from sticking
Once noodles are cooked and tender, add cheese, stir, and serve
